Privacy policy

About this notice
This notice covers enquiries submitted through the Noteyble Connect website and the owner’s admin sign-in. For questions about your information, contact hello@noteyble.com.
Information you provide
Our enquiry form asks for your name, work email address, company, the service you are interested in and your campaign details. Please do not include sensitive personal information or contact lists in your message.
What happens to your enquiry
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and made available in the private admin area. A notification containing your enquiry is sent to hello@noteyble.com so our team can respond to your request and discuss your campaign. The website uses Lovable Cloud for these functions.
Admin accounts
The sign-in page collects an email address and password for an admin account. Signing in uses browser storage to maintain the session. Access to the enquiries list is restricted to accounts granted the admin role.
Cookies and browser storage
For information about sign-in storage and the saved cookie-notice preference, read our cookie policy. We have not added optional advertising or analytics cookies to the website.
Questions and privacy requests
Contact hello@noteyble.com if you would like to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or request its deletion. We will consider your request under the data-protection rules that apply. You may also raise concerns with your relevant data-protection authority; in the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Campaign calling
This website notice does not set out arrangements for personal information used in client calling campaigns. Please contact us for information about a particular campaign and its data-handling arrangements.
